This property has it all. Thickets are very abundant and dense as you can see from the photos. An aerial view shows that this property is about half woods and the other half crp fields mostly planted in wildlife grasses. It's all habitat and lays out like a dream. We will be putting food plots in numerous locations and leaving select fields uncut this year to enhance the cover and provide the thickness that mature bucks will feel comfortable in. There are seven ponds and two large creeks that run the entire length off the property which is about a square mile. There is no doubt in my mind that you will be mesmerized by this ground when you see it. I know I was. It joins the lodge property and puts us at a little over 700 acres right out the back door. There are no roads dividing this property and it is one of the largest single blocks in the entire county. I can't wait for Fall to arrive!
