Let me take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself and Jonathan Creek Outfitters.

 My name is Scott Adams and I am an outdoor enthusiast to the extreme and also an American Whitetail Authority Pro Hunter. Since the age of ten I have been hunting and fishing Western KY. I started deer hunting with my uncle and cousins and at the age of 16 I broke away and began deer hunting on my own. That year I killed a 150 inch 10 pointer. That is when my real passion for trophy game began. Since then that passion has grown from year to year. I have only met a few fellows over the years that have this same level of enthusiasm for trophy hunting. 

  My hunting method is simple.  I look for big deer to hunt. This may take place in many different locations, leased property, private property we pay trespass fees to land owners on, and some public ground. I have never taken any trophy class deer on a fancy hunt club property. Out of the eight 140 plus deer I have taken its all been done through extensive scout work. I search out these animals and try to figure out their preferred travel routes, then there is a little bit of luck and a lot of hunting experience involved in getting it done.

  My goal and pledge to any hunter that comes to hunt with me is as follows 

   We will leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of putting each hunter in a location where he or she has the full potential at taking a trophy class animal. I will not put anyone in a location I would not personally hunt myself and will be putting many in the locations I do and have hunted myself.

  My goal is to build a clientele that will want to return to hunt with me every year possible for them and that is what separates me from many other outfitters.

When you are here these are the things you can expect to receive,

  One on one personal guiding

     Each client will receive personal attention from your guide. We will take the time to show you why we have chosen a location for you and will even scout some locations with you as you set up for the next hunt . Guides are local hunters that know these areas and share the same passion as myself for these magnificent animals

 First class lodging

  You will feel at home in our 3900 sq ft lodge equipped with 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, game room and commons area as well as a full kitchen where evening meals are prepared for you and you can do it yourself at breakfast and lunch. Private lodging can also be provided if desired.

 Premiere hunting grounds

  We hand pick our hunting ground by researching land owners and scouting the areas before we lease them. All hunting grounds are held to a 120 inch minimum with a preferred 130 inch or better harvest. Quality deer management is part of the reason KY is ranked #5 for Boone and Crockett bucks.

 Friends and fun

  Over the year's deer hunting has changed tremendously from friends, family and fun to big racks and the dream of getting your name in the record book. Although our primary goal is to help you make that dream of a record book whitetail a reality. We also want your experience with us to be relaxing, fun and a memory you'll carry with you for a lifetime.
